Am I too late to the nutrition tip comment party 🙂 ?! My wife is now 6mo preggers. First trimester was really hard with a lot of nausea the biggest tip to help her get nutrients in was making simple green shakes that were very cold in the morning. She had to force them down but it was the only way to make sure the greens got in that day. Spinach, kale, chard, then one or two fruits (banana or straw/raz) with quality protein and avocado
Thanks for the tip guys, it's very helpful.
Great video, love all your info! 🙂
What about what you feed the baby after birth? The baby formulas they sell you can’t possibly be optimal for a baby’s development? What do you feed them before they’re able to eat themselves?
Just love you guys and all the helpful health information you provide us! ❤️❤️❤️
Without repeating anything anyone else has already said, I would say planning is key! Plan your grocery trips. Plan your meals. Plan for traveling. It is a simple tool to help eliminate excuses and keep you on track!
My number one tip is to make sure that I don’t keep a lot of trigger foods in my house. If I have a lot of unhealthy foods that I crave so easily accessible, I eat them way more often. If I don’t have them in the house, I make do with the healthier options that I have- like some of the wild foods products I love!
Oh my lord!!! He's so perfect. I love how Darrow is just staring at Logan & smiling super hard. ♡♡♡♡♡
I did not know vegetable oils caused inflammation in the first trimester! Great to know!
My biggest nutritional "tip" is when you go grocery shopping, shop the perimeter of the store! You'll find the foods you need there! The isles are filled with all the processed junk you don't need.
#1 Tip – Wherever you are in your journey to better health, start taking collagen ASAP!
I'm 7 months pregnant, and my biggest tip so far has been to keep hydrated, keep salt intake adequate. Also, saving carbs for night before bed has helped keep blood sugar stable.
Oh my gosh Jamie and Logan! Ya'll are all over the place haha 🙂 Austin's very own Keto Power Couple
#1 nutrition tip is make sure you get enough GOOD salt and Quality sleep….that was two but both equally important to me. I love watching you guys and have learned do much from each of you, keep up the good work.
